Here we go again everyone. I am TheAmazombie and this is your StarCraft 2 NewS Cast for Sunday, August 14th.
Well, just like yesterday there was not a ton of action in the tourney world, but what there was sure was great. We will start with the grand finals in the IPL Season 2. The players duking it out for the $15,000 were Nerchio and White-Ra. Even though Nerchio had fought hard all the way to the finals, in the end he fell to White-Ra's might 3-1.
That was about all the play worth mentioning, but in other news the community has been speculating over a mysterious tweet coming from EG today. It had some gibberish and a link to a page on myeg.net with a counter and what appears to be some clues written in the back ground. The counter is supposed to finish around noon PST on Tuesday. Also, since the page was first released, it appears to that the background has changed a bit and an audio clip was added that had what can only be described as audio clues as well. No one seems to have anything solid, ideas range from Huk or White-Ra joining EG to Saviour or Leta coming to SC2.
At this point in time there is not much info, so stay tuned for that. I am sure that whatever it is we will be talking about it on this week's episode of The Weekly Edit.
