About the Cast:
The NewSCast is posted (usually) 5 days a week. This is a short 2-5 minute podcast recapping the scores and news in StarCraft 2. We have a player on the side of the main page, but it often does not update right away. For direct access to the MP3 you can click the title of each link or subscribe via Google or iTunes.
On Tuesdays we do a long form video show called "The Weekly Edit" where I just talk SC2, give opinions and updates, sometimes interviews and guests from the community.

About me:
I am TheAmazombie.
I have been playing StarCraft 1 since it came out when I was in High School. I was a beta tester for Brood War back in the day and played a lot in those first couple of years, but then that thing happens that lead a lot of people away from gaming and that is women.
Over the years I still would play SC on and off, but never that big into the community or tourney scene. When SC2 came out I had that pre-ordered and have dove into the community with arms open. I love the tournaments and the people so much that I was looking for a new way to give something back. This was my idea just because it came out of something that I wish existed for my own ease.

SC2 info:
I am TheAmazombie.503 and am currently in the Silver division. I just got promoted to the Silver league after like 3 games in the Bronze for Season 2. I do not play ladder much at all and do a lot of custom games as well as against AI games. Feel free to ping me if you want to play.
