NewSCast for Wednesday, May 18th.

Here we go again, I am TheAmazombie and this is your SC2 NewSCast for Wednesday, May 18th. 

Tonight we will start with the semi finals matches of the GSL Team Event.  First we had Slayers going up against fOu with Slayers taking the series 4-3.  The other match was MVP vs. oGs with MVP taking the win 4-2.  Both teams will advance to the finals and play tonight at gomtv.net.

Also today we had the EG Master's Cup with matches between Team MYM and Team ROOT with ROOT taking the series in the Ace match to move on.

In IPL action, we had2 qualifier matches as aTnDarkforce qualified with the 3-2 win over sixjax.DDE and sixjax.CocoA has qualified with the 3-2 win over ROOT.Minigun.

We also started week 6 of NASL play.  This was the night of 2-0 decisions with KiwiKaki over TLO, Artosis over Grubby (Congrats Artosis), Morrow over VIBE, the Sheth jumped over the Moon, and Fenix fell to the double wins of Rainbow.

In player news, Liquid'TLO will be hosting an event called "StarCraft without Borders" this Sunday.  The idea is for TLO to stream and play for as long as possible, up to 24 hours and all proceeds will go to benefit Doctors Without Borders.  Games will include laddering, Custom games, and maybe games with people in the chat.  To to teamliquid.net for more details.
