NewSCast for Tuesday, May 10th

Welcome everyone to the SC2 NewSCast for Tuesday, May 10th.

We will start with an update on the EG Team Master's Cup.  The first three matches have been played so far this week.
Match 1 was Mousesports against Team ROOT with Mouz taking the series 3-1.

Match 2 was Fnatic.MSI against Millennium Gaming with Fnatic winning the series 3-2.

and Match 3 was Sixjax Gaming going head to head against MYM, Meet Your Makers with MYM dropping the setting 3-1.

The final match of week 1 will be played tomorrow night at 6PM PST between Team Evil Geniuses and Dignitas.  You can catch those matches streaming at onemoregame.tv

On the other side of the pacific we were given the ro8 brackets for the GSL May Team event.  The teams are paired as follows: SLayers vs. ZENEX, Fou vs. TSL, MVP vs. Prime, and oGs against Startale.  Also for that tournament GSL announced a new map added to the pool called "Bel'shir Beach".
Also in GSL news groups C and D played last night in their Up and Down matches for Code S and Code A status.  The results were Byun over aLive 2-1, aLive 2-0 over Check, MC 2-0 over Ryung, and HongUn 2-1 over Ryung.
Tonight we have the Up and Down Matches for groups E and F featuring the group of Death for this tourney with MMA, Huk, MarineKing, Violet, Kyrix, and TheWind.  Also later in the morning we have groups G and H featuring MVP, Rainbow, Rain, Bomber, Lyn, and Ensnare.

In other player news, Lazarus Gaming has disbanded.  The press release is citing business and time issues with the manager Noah Lazarus.  That means there are a number of good players fresh for the picking such as PainUser, Inka, Agh, and Zelniq.

In the game itself, Patch 1.3.3 is now live.  This patch makes quite a few changes, but the main change was the Warpgate timing increase.  Check out the patch notes and be prepared for a few changes.
