NewSCast for Saturday, May 28th

Here we go everyone, I am TheAmazombie and this is your SC2 NewSCast for Saturday, May 28th.

Today was a slow tournament day, soooo....

Lets start with NASL Division 4 play.  The maps tonight were Typhon Peaks, Xel'naga Caverns, and The Shattered Temple.  The first match was Catz vs. MC.  MC ended up taking this series 2-1 against the unpredictable Catz.  The next match was Select butting heads with Machine and Machine lost those matches easily 2-0.  The third match of the night was Ace taking on HasuObs.  HasuObs played very well, but in this long PvP series, the Korean Ace came out on top 2-1.  To follow that up we had a TvT as Goody battled Stalife with heavy mech play.  The General, Goody, did not look strong as Stalife just rolled over him.  In the last match up we had the Russian Brat_OK going up against Liquid'Ret.  Ret has seemed unstoppable lately going 2-0 over Brat_OK.  Here are the standings for Division 4:
Ret: 6-1
Select: 6-1
Ace: 5-2
HasuObs: 4-3
MC: 4-3
Brat_OK: 3-4
Stalife: 3-4
Goody: 2-5
Catz: 1-6
and Machine: 1-6

In other news, TT eSports has announced a $3000 dollar NA Challenge.  Registration is currently open for that.  You can find more information at ttesportschallange.com.
Also, last night we spoke about FXO heading to Korea, well they also have announced Razer as a new sponsor.  It seems like FXO is getting completely serious lately.  I hope this works out for them.  Congrats to the team on their new sponsor.
Also, the Korean team oGs has announced the return of team member oGs.TheSCT.  He is just getting out of military service and trying to get back into the SC2 scene.  Hopefully we will see him back in action soon and playing in the GSL.
