NewSCast for 4-Nov-11

Here we go again everyone.  I am TheAmazombie and this is your StarCraft 2 NewSCast for Friday, November 4th.

Well, we will start off the night with action over in the NASL.  We had division 3, week 7 play tonight.  The matches started with HwangSin getting the 2-0 walkover from SoftBall who has apparently dropped from the league.  Next we had Sjow going 2-1 over the strong Protoss Socke.  The final match of the night was Morrow over Kiwikaki 2-0 with a good base-race to end the series.  The standings for this division after 7 weeks of play are:
Morrow 5-1, Idra 4-2, Kiwikaki 4-2, Socke 3-3, Jinro 3-3, HwangSin 3-3, Sjow 2-4, and Softball bringing it in at 0-6.

We also had group C play in the GomTV Arena of Legends tourney.  The players for this group were Ganzi, DongRaeGu, Killer, Jjakji, and Leenock with DRG and Ganzi taking the series and advancing.

Also yesterday started the ASUS ROG Invitational.  The first round we had Elfi over Huk 3-1, Select over Dimaga 3-2, Idra over Sjow 3-1, and White-Ra over Ret 3-2.  In the semis we just had Select over Elfi 3-1 and Idra taking down White-Ra 3-0.  The rest of the matches are going on as I am recording this.

In other news we have the announcement that the player Perfect, formally of VT gaming and aquired by Team Reign, has decided to leave Reign after contractual conflicts.
