Here we go again everyone, I am TheAmazombie and this is your StarCraft 2 NewS Cast for Thursday, October 13th.
Well, with everyone gearing up for MLG Orlando we did have some competing action with the first day of play at IEM New York. The competition is a bit slim considering, but still some great players overall. The first two groups played today and in group A the standings are TSL.Killer taking the group 2-1 with Dignitas.Killer taking second 2-1. Sjow came in at 1-2 and Attero at 1-2 as well. In group B we had DRG taking the group 2-1, Gatored 2-1, Strelok and StrifeCro at 1-2 each.
We also had division 2, week 5 play over in the NASL. The results from today were Rain over DarkForce 2-1, Haypro over Axslav 2-1, and Cloud over Mana 2-0. The standings after 5 weeks of play are:
Huk 4-0, Rain 4-1, Mana 3-2, BratOK 2-2, Cloud 2-2, DarkForce 1-3, Axslav 1-4, and Haypro 1-4.
