StarCraft 2 NewSCast for Wednesday, September 14th

Here we go again everyone.  I am TheAmazombie and this is your StarCraft 2 NewS Cast for Wednesday, September 14th.

Well, the big action for today was the start of the NASL season 2.  The maps for today were Terminus, Dual Sight, and Bel'Shir Beach.  We had four matches in division 1 play and here are the results:
Vibe over Sheth 2-1, Hero over Cruncher 2-0, Fenix over White-Ra 2-1, and finally DeMuslim over Lowely 2-0.  This means the division standings after 1 week of play are:
Hero 1-0
DeMuslim 1-0
Fenix 1-0
Vibe 1-0
Sheth 0-1
White-Ra 0-1
Cruncher 0-1
and Lowely 0-1.
On Thursday we have Huk vs. Mana, Rain vs. Axslav, and BratOK vs. Haypro.  Why only 3 matches listed, I am not sure.  Tune in tomorrow and we will see.

Also today we have play in the ESVtv Korean Weekly.  Remember, the top winners of this tourney get placed into the final tourney to decide who will get a Code A spot.  The winner today was Taeja taking out BboongBboong 4-1.  The 3rd/4th places went to Creator and Squirtle.

Some other news for today is that we had the announcement that the player Polt, formally known as Optimus, has left his team Prime and is looking to remain as an independent player for awhile.  Also announced is Tl TeamSpeak open #24 coming up this weekend.  This is back to the 1v1 format instead of the 4v4 they tried last week.  Tune in for that come Saturday.

Well, that's about all the news that we had for you tonight.  Don't miss any of the action, but if you do you can find it here the next morning at SC2NewSCast.com.
